1. Description of the challenge

Samsung Solve for Tomorrow: Your Idea, Your Impact!

Samsung invites young people to take a closer look at real challenges in their communities and come up with creative, tech-based solutions that can truly make a difference. Along the way, you’ll receive support from professionals, take part in hands-on workshops, and get the chance to showcase your projects on a bigger stage.

Themes

  1. Sustainability through Technology
How can we create a better, more sustainable future for everyone? This theme is all about using science and technology to tackle some of the biggest environmental challenges we face today. From reducing waste and recycling smarter to generating clean energy or giving materials a second life, your ideas can help protect the planet.  The focus is on the circular economy. That means thinking differently about how we produce, consume, and reuse.

    To spark ideas, ask yourself:
    • Can we turn waste into something valuable?
    • Can we reduce what we consume in the first place?
    • Is there a way to reuse materials without harming the environment?
    • Could food waste become a resource instead of a problem?

Take a look at this for inspiration:   Samsung Circular Economy

  1. Sport & Tech
Sport has the power to inspire, unite, and create opportunities. With this theme, you’ll explore how technology can help make sport more inclusive, accessible, and impactful, especially for those who are often left out.
Maybe you’ll come up with a tech solution that helps people with disabilities enjoy sports. Or maybe it’s a platform that uses sport to promote education or entrepreneurship. Whether it’s about connection, wellbeing, or innovation, this is your chance to bring sport and tech together for good!

Some questions to get you thinking:
    • How can sport and tech improve lives?
    • Can your idea open up opportunities for young people through sport?
    • Could your solution make sport more inclusive or accessible?
