Using state-of-the-art CNC machines, Rotech works with precision down to thousandths of a millimeter. Supported by advanced CAD-CAM software, the company is able to machine highly complex and accurate products from almost any material. While maintaining exceptionally high quality standards, Rotech also values an approachable and customer-focused way of working.
In addition to commonly used materials such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and plastics, Rotech also machines copper, aluminum bronze, and high-performance materials such as (super) duplex, Inconel, titanium, and stellite. With 5-axis CNC milling machines and up to 8-axis CNC lathes, Rotech produces both single pieces and medium- to large-scale series.
Beyond milling and turning, Rotech also offers a wide range of additional services, including wire EDM, surface grinding, required surface and heat treatments, and, if desired, assembly of parts into complete components. This allows Rotech to deliver fully finished products from start to finish.
