1. Description of the challenge

This year we are implementing a new working method in our Public Prosecution Service department for the handling of our criminal cases. This is to strive for a uniform working method and to guarantee quality. However, we also have a number of special processes. These are processes that run alongside the normal case flow, but do have a link with the normal case flow. A kind of branches.

Our management team wants to think about a working method next autumn to accommodate all special processes. This will then have to run parallel to the working method for regular criminal cases. The question we need to think about is how we can accommodate all special processes in one working method.

2. Expected outcome

A way to accommodate all special processes in one working method.
