BNG Bank is a public sector bank. With our impact strategy we strive to maximise social and environmental impact instead of profit. But, of course a healthy balance between profit and impact is needed. Therefore BNG is searching for ways to adress the (for us and for our clients) important sustainability topics of Biodiversity and Circulair Economy. These topics have impact on BNG Bank (outside in/ risk perspective) and BNG Bank can have impact on these subjects (inside out/ impact perspective). Therefore we are searching for ways to build business cases for these sustainability topics that fit the portfolio of BNG Bank while respecting our statatory limits boundaries. Which business opportunities are there for BNG for the themes Biodiversity and Circulair Economy? How do these themes interact: do they reinforce or conflict with each other?
