1. Description of the challenge

Advanced technology & industrial innovation hackathon (subthemes: high tech systems & engineering, chemicals & materials, energy transition). 

High Tech Systems & Engineering
In this hackathon you are tasked with developing cutting-edge solutions in the realm of high tech systems and engineering. The challenges will come from partners from our University Challenges and is part of the Advanced technology & industrial innovation hackathon. You'll  work in teams with other students to design, prototype, and potentially implement high tech systems that leverage the latest advancements in engineering and technology. This could involve automation, IoT integration, advanced robotics, or new materials and processes that reduce waste and improve overall system efficiency.

Energy Transition
During this hackathon, you are tasked with developing cutting-edge solutions in the realm of energy transition. The challenges will be presented by partners from our University Challenges and is part of the Advanced technology & industrial innovation hackathon. You'll work in teams with other students to design, prototype, and potentially implement innovative systems that leverage the latest advancements in energy technology. This could involve renewable energy integration, smart grid solutions, energy storage, or new materials and processes that reduce emissions and improve overall energy efficiency.

Chemicals & Materials
During this hackathon, you are tasked with developing cutting-edge solutions in the realm of chemicals and materials. The challenges will be presented by partners from our University Challenges and is part of the Advanced technology & industrial innovation hackathon. You'll work in teams with other students to design, prototype, and potentially implement innovative systems that leverage the latest advancements in chemical technology and materials science. This could involve the use of advanced materials, new chemical processes, sustainable production, or methods that reduce emissions and improve overall efficiency.
