Make an action plan to retain students in the region, and subsequently also to provide an incentive for entrepreneurship, designing a region-wide approach within the triple helix (i.e. business, knowledge institutions and government) to retain students for Limburg and encourage entrepreneurship.
LIOF is the regional development company of the Province of Limburg. We are responsible for strengthening the economic structure and, accordingly, Limburg's growth.
