Brabant Water is a water production and distribution company seeking innovative ways to leverage AI technology to enhance its operations and support its employees and clients. The company has already initiated the implementation of a chatbot assistant for its ICT Helpdesk and is exploring the automation of its customer service through transcriptions and summaries of calls and email replies. However, Brabant Water is interested in exploring other innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for utilizing AI in its operations. Our research has begun with the ICT and Client departments, but we are also interested in exploring the potential benefits for other departments within the organization, such as HR, Production, Distribution, and Finance but still our main focus is Client at the moment.
Additionally, we are interested in understanding how current and upcoming laws, such as GDPR and the AI EU Act, will influence more innovative solutions.
To generate creative and practical ideas for how AI can be applied at a water company like Brabant Water. These ideas should be innovative, feasible, and have the potential to make a real impact on the company's operations. Using the CODC method as an example of a brainstorming framework, we want to see many WOW ideas - ideas that we haven't thought of ourselves that are easy or relatively easy to execute, ethical, driven by good intentions, and have high value and impact.
