1. Description of the challenge

Cheese is widely known for its rich nutritional value, but its climate impact poses a challenge. This project focuses on promoting moderate cheese consumption as part of a balanced, sustainable diet, while emphasizing the health advantages it can provide. The goal is to explore the connection between cheese, human health, and sustainability, and to design a business model that showcases cheese as a health-enhancing food choice. As a family-owned company with a century-long legacy, we want to position our cheese products as both nutritious and environmentally mindful.

As a family-business with a history in cheese for over a 100 years, we want to focus on a healthy and sustainable future of our company. Therefore we want to focus on the positive contribution our products make on health, nutrition and sustainability
