How do medical specialists, general practitioners, and physiotherapists perceive VvAA’s role in creating social impact in healthcare sector, in alignment with VvAA’s identity, and how can this impact be measured?

Why do we want this information, and what are we looking to find out?

As a collective and service provider for over 130,000 healthcare professionals including medical specialists, general practitioners, and physiotherapists. VvAA strives to continuously address the needs of the healthcare sector. Our organization was founded on the belief that we are stronger together, and we want to keep leveraging that strength to drive social impact.

That is why we are eager to learn how our members perceive our role. Where do they see opportunities for VvAA to truly make a difference in daily practice, and what ideas or needs exist to positively transform healthcare? We also want to determine how best to shape this impact in a clear, measurable way, ensuring that we can continually learn, improve, and be accountable for our actions.

Through this research or challenge, we aim to gain insights into:

1. Healthcare professionals’ perspectives: How do they view social impact, and what role do they see for VvAA?
2. Concrete needs and opportunities: Where can we collectively make the greatest difference?
3. Measurement and long-term commitment: Which methods will allow us to measure, evaluate, and sustain our social impact?

Based on these insights, we plan to refine our services and partnerships further, making the most of our identity as a collective, by and for healthcare professionals. Ultimately, our goal is to contribute to a future-proof, people-centered healthcare system where professionals can pursue their work with passion and patients receive the highest quality care.
